We’re very proud that the technical lead of the OVSI ventilator at the Whittle Lab, Dr Tashiv Ransander, was featured as a Hero of Cambridge at the May Week Mega Event!
Professor J. Axel Zeitler, project leader at OVSI, commended Ransander for having “made a real difference to the COVID crisis. Not only did he develop the initial design for our ventilator within days, but he has since inspired the design team to realise his vision.”
Work continues on the ventilator and concentrator, with the devices to undergo certification soon.
